We were so passionate about helping solve this problem, that we created a unique tracking software developed in-house by our app development team called Opening Management System (OMS). OMS allows you as a Property Manager the ability to view important door information about your facility. It can also ease frustrations of trying to manage data and quickly gives you organized visibility of your buildings. You can easily see which keys work with doors and even pull information for fire inspections. As a bonus you can also see the entire work history of service for that door and lock.
How does a Door Survey & OMS work together?
A quick door survey by our professional technicians and OMS will make your property’s data accessible at the touch of a button on your phone, tablet, or computer.
During a Door Survey at your facility, our technicians will walk the facility discreetly placing Stickers with QR codes and a unique ID on every opening. Using GPS technology, data is collected and a picture is taken to tie the record together. While onsite, they add all the information about the door opening including but not limited to, the Floor, Suite, Brand of Lock Hardware, Type of Door (wood, metal, glass, etc.,), and pictures.
Once added, the record can be scanned by QR code with your phone to make a request for service or you can identify the door by using the unique numeric id on each sticker.
We maintain and add to the records information like Master Key System information, Key Records, Keypad Combinations, History of Site visits (including data of tech, time, tasks, parts history and work history), additional documents, and GPS data.
Using the app gives you the ability to manage the openings (doors) of your property, know what hardware (brand, make & model) was in place, know what keys opened the door and who they were assigned to, and the complete service history of the door all from your phone!
